• Schedule your meeting
• Create and manage the calendar event
• Send your meeting confirmation
• Provide your Google Meet details
• Send necessary meeting reminders
• Contact you about your scheduled meeting if needed

How long we keep your information

Booking information is kept only for as long as it is needed to manage your scheduled meeting.

After your meeting has been completed, booking information is automatically deleted from our booking system according to our retention process.

We do not intend to keep your booking information indefinitely.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

We use Google Calendar to manage meeting availability and create scheduled meetings.

Google Meet may be used to provide the meeting link.

Information required to create and manage the meeting may be processed by these services as part of providing the booking service.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect booking information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Sensitive credentials used by our booking infrastructure are kept on the server and are not exposed to visitors.

Marketing

Booking a meeting does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

We use the information submitted through the booking system primarily to arrange and manage your meeting.
